  1. Reservations, Orders, and Cancellation Policy

      • By phone at 86009 (standard call rates apply); or
      • Via our website or approved third-party platforms.

      2. When making a booking or order, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, contact number, and any relevant details required for service provision.

      We accept the following payment methods:

      • Credit/Debit Card (online or at the restaurant)
      • Cash or contactless payments at the venue

      All payments made online are processed securely via third-party payment processors compliant with PCI-DSS standards. Wapalapam does <b>not</b> store full card numbers or CVV codes.

    3. Cancellations and Modifications
      • Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours prior to the reservation or takeaway pickup time.
      • Event bookings or group reservations may be subject to specific cancellation policies communicated at the time of booking.
      • Wapalapam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including safety, operational, or force majeure events.

      4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy, available upon request or at the point of transaction.
